Fishing Report June
27, 2009 With the early Summer heat, this week we have been fishing very early until about 11:am and then again after 5:pm until dark and we have caught some very good fish. Each time out we have managed to boat about 15-18 Bass and most of them have been from 4 to 9 1/2 lbs. We will post the new pictures of this weeks fish this weekend. It's really not been bad as far as the heat, as long we have not been on the water during the middle part of the day. We did have one day this week that we didn't have any wind at all and that was our toughest day this week. We will be offering split day fishing trips for the rest of the Summer to miss out on most of this heat and the fishing should remain good and even get better for a while. Lake Fork is in very good condition with lots of grass showing up all around the lake and the water is clear in most areas. The lake is full so look out for stumps if you get out of the boat lanes. If you can get on the right spot and have a little luck, this is a good time to catch a trophy Bass of a lifetime. Call us at 214 236 3320 to schedule a fishing trip today. We are just about to shut off the Bass fishing in Mexico for the Summer at Salto and Comedero due to low water conditions and rain. We will open the camps in November. We have already booked about 40 fishermen so far for the January 25th and February 22nd, 2010 trips to both lakes. Now is the time to set up these trips as we are six months away from some very good fishing. We also want to get the very best deals on airfare and hotels going into Mazatlan for next season. We are only going to take 24 on each one of these trips so call early if you would like a spot. We will have other dates available on request if you can't make either of these dates.
