Lake Fork: The Bass fishing has been very good for us over the past several weeks with good numbers of fish being caught up to the 9 lb range. We have caught fish on just about everything that we have fished with on and off all day long with one of our best bites coming during the middle of the day. I have averaged about 35-40 Bass per day. Lake Fork is about 2 feet above pool level and the water temp is holding around 82 degrees. Over all the lake is in very good shape for the Fall Bass and Crappie fishing. Over the past week we have also noticed that the Crappie are starting to make a move and we should be able to catch some nice limits of Crappie very soon. Now is a very good time to catch a lot of Bass and we will start our Bass and Crappie combo trips in the middle of October. The very best time to catch a bunch of Crappie with us, is from Nov 1st to the end of Jan.

Mexico: Conditions are looking great for the Bass fishing at Comedero and El Salto starting very soon. We will open the camps in November and some of the best Bass fishing anywhere will get started. In 2007 we ended up catching a lot of very good fish at Salto but we had Great Bass fishing at Comedero all year long. Numbers of all sizes of Bass were caught and our largest Bass of the year weighed 14.2 lbs caught by Greg Wilkinson form Dallas Tx. We have had some good rains in the area lately and the lakes have received a lot of fresh water that will make for some very good fishing. We have dates available for both lakes but all of the trips that I will be taking groups fishing are full except for one trip in Jan and one trip in April. I have 6 spots open for a 4 day trip Jan 21st-26th and 10 spots open for a 4 day trip Apr 28th - May 3rd. Both of these trips at this same time last year were our very best trips. If you are from the DFW area there are some great rates on air for these trips as of now. Book soon as there are not many spots left for the Spring of 2008. Call J.W. at 214 236 3320.

Brazil: I have 3-4 spots open for a Peacock Bass fishing trip Jan 19-26, 2008. These are all of the spots that are left for the Spring season. Call very soon for these. 214 236 3320.
